I did an injection of meth in the lower part of my arm & it hurt at the end & now my arm is swollen, theres a knot that's pink & red, theres a weird sting like pain and hardend but no warmness to it my question is what happened, what did i do ?

Highly likely, your injection has resulted in a local infection, and perhaps even vascular obstruction. The potential for progressive deterioration is sky-high, and an emergent visit to a hospital ER is advised. Serious thought regarding a future drug rehabilitation program is appropriate.
