A member asked:

Has there ever been a reported case of hepatitis b or c transmission from a blood contaminated surface? ive read about the theoretical possibility, but i cant find anything on actual infections via a table, door knob, etc?

Many cases of hepatitis go unexplained in terms of how a person contracted the disease but generally you have to break the skin to contract either Hepatitis B or C. Like a needle or knife stick.
