Hepatitis B, C: After exposure to Hep C, those who acquire infection will usually show antibody in the blood by 3 months. A PCR test may be positive within the first 2 weeks. For Hepatitis B, a person with acute infection wil develop positive serology within a wide range of 1 -10 weeks after exposure.
