Very high risk exposure, but you do not have HIV. Test results always overrule symptoms. Symptoms of HIV infection are not caused by the virus itself, but by the immune response to the virus. Immune response = antibody. Therefore if symptoms are due to HIV, the antibody test ALWAYS is positive, no exceptions. Your negative test results are conclusive. Congratulations! Next time use a condom!
