Im 41 & not pregnant (no sex in months). for 3 days nauseated, fatigue, weak, tender breasts (both), frequent urination, headache. for months anxiety/panic attacks and huge weight loss (-10%). what could cause this? hormonal imbalance or other prob?

It is likely more than a hormonal self limited problem, specifically weight loss of concern., history suggests an acute condition occurring in top of a chronic one. Starting with your primary care doc will be best, do not delay.
