My fibroscan is good, 3.5 kpa but my liver is 19.1 cm. how can it be so enlarged but i have no cirrhosis?

Cirrhosis is a condition when the liver shrinks. There are two possibilities- ultra sound depends on the operators ability and technique, or your liver is enlarged. Suggest have your doc co-ordinate with his/her findings. Good luck

When someone develops cirrhosis, the usual outcome is at the liver becomes smaller. If you have an enlarged liver, The reason for the hepatomegaly needs to be evaluated. I would advise avoiding alcohol for now, and see your doctor or a liver specialist for further advice.
