In ct scan of chest (hrct) it shows mild fibrosis are seen on the lower right lobe. can it be cured? how and what diet or food to be eaten to reduce the illness?

Fibrosis of the lung represents scar and this cannot be cured. Luckily, it is listed as mild and it is only in line area. The goal now is to avoid getting fibrosis anywhere else. If you are smoking, you need to quit ASAP-your doctor can help with smoking cessation. That is the best thing you can do to prevent further fibrosis. There is really no specific diet that will help.
