Appears you need a dental splint made by a prosthodontist. No hard foods/candies, gun chewing, jowling. Apply warm moist compresses, take Ibuprofen.

Based on the symptoms described, it is possible that you have a temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder. TMJ disorder can cause pain and discomfort in the jaw joint and muscles that control jaw movement. The squeezing/tight sensation and soreness after could be due to muscle spasms or inflammation in the joint. This and the restorations need attention.
