I get allergic reaction due to surbex z multivitamin. dizziness and burning sensation. what should i do. i have same for antibiotics then i treated it with b12 and antiallergic?

The primary management for allergic responses is to avoid the agent involved, forever. Short term use of antihistamines or even epinephrine in major cases is warranted. I have no reason to believe B12 or any other vitamin would be beneficial.

For the last 5 days everytime i eat or drink i get nausea, dizzy, and sweaty, even after water. And I have a burning sensation on my lower right side.
Constant dizziness, brain fog, severe dry eye (being treated), ear and temple burning sensation. Most labs are normal.
I feel dizzy sometimes when i getup in the morning and also get burning sentation on my chest usually.
