Aquagenic syringeal acrokeratoderma (ASA) a rare skin condition characterized by the development of white, papular or keratotic lesions on the palms of the hands and less frequently, on the soles of the feet. The lesions usually appear within minutes to hours after exposure to water, especially warm water, and may last for several minutes to hours before disappearing spontaneously. No cure known.
