Yes, PCP, or ED: Passing out and hitting your head with a new change in smell, as well as headaches deserves an evaluation. Your split lip may need stitches too. I recommend going your pcp or your local emergency department to review your symptoms and injuries. Passing out syncope) requires a work up.
