Minimize movement of: Your finger to prevent strain on your metacarpals. Minor and non strenuous activity of hand with minimal pain should be ok. Follow up with your orthopedic dr!

5th MC pin: Lots of clarification needed. Check with your orthopedic hand surgeon about how stable the fracture and the fixation is. Don't overdo it.
