I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed tomorrow morning but i've been taking antibiotics for strep throat for a couple days with my sore throat and coughing not being that bad anymore is it safe for me to continue with the surgery?

That's a decision for your Surgeon to make. He/she has examined you, knows your health history, the meds you take, and the anticipated complexity of the surgery. and by the way, make sure to take ALL of your antibiotics. Don't quit early.

There is still bacteria present in your system that could delay healing. It is best you wait for a complete resolution of your infection. The oral surgeon will advise you what is best for you.
