As mentioned by Dr. Ward, neck problems and injuries can result in dizziness, and this has been documented for over 100 years. Barre-Leio Syndrome was the initial name. Whiplash can cause, arterial dissection, and secondary thoracic outlet syndrome can be assessed, as other neck causes of dizziness.
