This is likely due to dry eyes. You can get artificial tear eye drops at the pharmacy and put a drop or two in your eyes 3-4 times daily. It will help with your symptoms. If that doesn’t help, see an eye doctor. Good luck!

The tears will flush out any debris in your eyes. Since it is both eyes it is more likely an allergy exposure. There are good over the counter anti-allergic eyedrops that you should try and this might be seasonal allergy . If it persists through these drops then make an appointment with an ophthalmologist to rule out something more serious.
