Headaches: There are several reasons behind the occurrence of head pains ranging from genetics, muscle contractions, stress, sleep disorders, teeth grinding, trauma, and different medical illness. You could try applying warm compresses to the back of the head/neck as well as on temples for about 10 minutes; it might help. Consult a neurologist or a pain management center.

Possible allergies: Chronic allergies can result in sinus headache pain, often accompanied by red, itchy eyes, sneezing, and a runny nose. Glaucoma, or elevated eye pressure can also cause red eyes and periorbital headache pain tension, dry eye, and air pollution (smoke) can also cause headache and red eyes. A thorough history and examination is recommended.
