Nothing of importance can be reasoned from the vague statement. It does suggest the tracing should be interpreted by someone trained to do so. Many of these vague statements come from automated interpretations programmed into the machine. Please discuss this wit a real doc who can review the test.

It is more of a generic way of saying, not a perfectly normal ecg, follow up needed. Ecg’ s are highly dependent on technique/ lead placement, many changes disappear when repeated.
