I have small red spots with white circles surrounding the spots on my feet and legs. they are not itchy at all. i would just like to know what possibly it could be and if i need any medical treatment for it?

Picture Perfect: Unfortunately, rashes come in many shapes and sizes and without a photograph to see what your describing it is hard to provide an answer. Also, more information such as how long you've had these findings and under what circumstances you first noticed them would be helpful. A biopsy may be very helpful and consultation with a dermatologist if questions remain.
