3 months ago i had surgery on a broke fibula. they add a plate a seven small screws to the fibula, and one long screw though fib and into the tib. the long screw has snapped what is the best option now?

It depends on a lot of things like the exact place, extent of displacement. It is very surprising the screw has snapped. So without details cant give opinion. Pl see your surgeon or get another opinion.
