I recently had surgery and had a screw put through my tibula and into my fibula down near my ankle... how possible is it for that to move?

Depends: Hard to answer without more info. The best person to answer this question is your orthopedic surgeon. This anatomical area of under a lot of normal stress and your physician can give you the odds of keeping the surgical site stable.
