A friend of mine has a tan that has lasted for about a year now or more and its from mid covid era he has the tan of the mask still if anyone knows how to treat this to remove it please lmk asap ?

Your friend needs to see a doctor and have some lab work checked to be certain this is not adrenal insufficiency. If it is adrenal insufficiency, the tan will get better once this is treated. An unexplained persistent tan needs to be evaluated so have your friend see a doctor ASAP. Best of luck to you and your friend.
