I have a tighting above my right breast into my right underarm should i be worried. and how do i know if i'm having a stroke or a heart attack?

A person who has a heart attack presents symptoms mainly over middle towards the left side of the chest. A person who has stroke rarely shows only single symptom. However, I highly recommend to be seen by a physician further evaluation.
