Heart Attack: If you are generally healthy, you should not have a high risk for heart attack or stroke from your surgery. Anyone undergoing anesthesia, does have some risk, though.

Breast Reduction: As a young woman, it would be extremely safe to undergo this surgery. I am assuming you have no medical issues and you are of normal weight. Patients who have underlying medical problems would be at increased risks for complications.
