Change of time will not change anything

Taking the pill at a consistent time is best practice, but minor variations are not significant. Choose the time that works best for you. Assuming you took the pill at the new time on the same day, just earlier, you remain protected. Should you decide to go back to 10pm you should make the switch on the same day. Protection is very good, but is not 100% even when taken perfectly.
