I used to take my birth control at 10pm but i thought it was a good idea to change my time to 7am because i used to be late on my pill at 10pm. after i changed my time, i had unprotected sex and im just wondering could i be pregnant?

Taking the pill at a consistent time is best practice, but minor variations are not significant. Choose the time that works best for you. Assuming you took the pill at the new time on the same day, just earlier, you remain protected. Should you decide to go back to 10pm you should make the switch on the same day. Protection is very good, but is not 100% even when taken perfectly.
