While Fordyce spots on the penis can become irritated during sex,I'm unsure if this also applies to those on the labia. A dermatologist is the specialist who deals with treating symptomatic ones. Don't pop or scrape them as that doesn't get rid of them and they may become infected. Abstain from intercourse while they're symptomatic.
