Left Ov. cyst 3.6 cm. Could be complex hemorrhagic cyst. This week wiped blood after bowel. Doc said could be hemorrhoids or it could be bc of cyst since i have a bit of spotting be4 period. Should i redo the vag ultrasnd first or check 4 hemorrhoid?
