My son had operation on testicles when 13yr old,may 2022 for torsion but doctors found nothing, testicle pain/tender when symptoms started but even after operation , it resolved nothing, pain occurs only when boxers are worn and tender.any diagnosis?

I am sorry he underwent surgery just for testicular pain. Therte are many causes for testicular area pain. If there is no lump or swelling- have him try wearing a good support underwear. If not better then see a good Urologist
