Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is not transmitted by vaginal sex, or so rarely it can be ignored. (One study said one chance in 190,000 exposures, if one partner has HCV.) HBV a bit more common, but also very rare; and probably you're immune from vaccination. No need to test for either HBV or HCV except in men who have sex with men. HIV: 6 weeks for an AgAb (4th generation) blood test.
