I have a penile lymphocele for a year. went to a doctor who told me to leave it alone for 2 weeks which i did. nothing changed. it still sometimes appears. i beleive a reason why is that i will wake up with an erection and it will appear on its own?

Penile lymphoceles are usually not permanent and avoiding intercourse & masturbation helps them resolve. Perhaps your morning erections do play a role. The lymphocele is harmless but you could revisit the urologist for further advice.
