What can i do if my eyes keeps on looking upward?

If you had control over your eyes movements before and now looking upwards can be due to pendular nystagmus. Do you also have any lightheaded or vertigo. You should promptly see a neuro ophthalmologist. Most of the nystagmus are self limiting in duration and others can go away with treatment of the cause or Just symptomatic treatment. It is curable in most cases. Hope it helps.
