Taking the iron before a blood test will not affect hemoglobin but is could affect the iron level.

What is the cause of low iron saturation lab results?
Recently had copper serum levels checked. This labs ref range is 73-129 mcg/dl. My results came back at 134mcg. Is this dangerous and could this cause things low iron level of 27 or very high heart rate? And should I avoid consuming any more copper?
