Performing oral sex is very low risk for HIV, even swallowing semen. CDC has estimated the risk to be one chance in 10,000 if the penile partner has HIV. (This is equivalent to giving BJs to infected men once daily for 27 years before infection might be likely.) One day makes no difference in test reliability. The combination of tests you had at those times is 100% proof you weren't infected.
