Autoimmune disease diagnosis requires more than these tests. Your history & physical findings also have to be taken into consideration. A rheumatologist is best to evaluate, advise and follow you.

Because chronic illnesses usually begin with mild symptoms and signs and progress gradually over the years, if not managed/treated; - it will be best to have both the PCP and Rheumatologist monitor these symptoms- to help keep One from "feeling Bad" or ill.
