Go see whats wrong: There are many possibly conditions that can cause this group of symptoms. It could be as simple as the flu or as serious as an autoimmune disease such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis or a serious infection/ thus you should go see your doctor- in the meantime it may not hurt to try acetaminophen/ibuprofen/naproxen if you dont have an allergy to these meds- but significant enough symptoms to eval.
