May have food intolerances soy gluten or milk Test by eliminating soy x 10 days , then gluten x 10 days then milk x 10 days. May also be pancreatic enzyme insufficiency( frothy greasy stool) , or H pylori infection of the stomach ( test breath or stool) . Mya be gallbladder or irritable bowel. Would follow up with gastroenterology.
