I have retained tooth roots that are infected and decay, my endo told me that i can't get an extraction because it's dangerous with my hypoglycemia. can on the other hand, the tooth roots be causing my glucose issues? i don't have diabetes?

If you seek an oral surgeon for the extractions they will examine your medical history and prescribe the medications to bring your glucose level to normal. Once you are healthy enough to avoid any complications, than your roots can be extracted.
