Went to a party today45 hours after a tooth extraction.ate food and fruits prepared by people who used their hands(no glove).can the tooth's extract site get infected due to the bacteria from these people's hands that got into the food&then my mouth?

Don't worry: In general, their hands are much cleaner that the inside of your mouth. Do you sterilize bowls, dishes, utensils before you use them? No, they get washed, just like your friend's hands. Do you wear gloves when you prepare your own food? Doubtful. You should be OK.
