I lost big amount of liquids, and have been drinking very little water for weeks. i'm bedridden, how can i treat severe dehydration at home, without going to the hospital?

The only way to treat dehydration at home is drink plenty of fluids. Something like Gatorade would likely be best. If you are drinking well and urinating well, there is less of a need to go to the hospital.

How did one lose the liquid - Sweating, Diarrhea, Vomiting, not drinking enough in hot environment... Cause of being bedridden is important in giving the best advise to help. If available and possible, a visit to the local PCP/GP might help. Or try a virtual consult with HealthTap.

After losing a large amount of liquid from the body, e.g. caffeine or a diuretic drug, the body will send out signals to drink liquid to restore the correct amount of water. Someone who is unable to take in adequate water by mouth for whatever reason will need to have the water replaced via another route to sustain life. Start with 16 ounces the first hour and continue intake from there.
