Yes and NO: Serotonin toxicity although rare can be dangerous and sometimes fatal. The reason for yes and no answer is that your symptoms can be one reason the ssris are prescribed and may not be toxicity. If you never had those symptoms and they have develoed then you should immediately stop your ssri whether it is Prozac or zoloft (sertraline) or else and see your prescribing dr. Asap.
