I got the herpes western blot test done with university of washington at 12 and a half weeks post exposure as terri warren said 12 weeks is long enough to wait. it came back negative for hsv 1&2. what are the chances i just dont have antibodies yet?

Almost zero. You can safely believe you are not infected with either HSV1 or HSV2. Check back with Terri if you have further questions about it.
