18m i occasionally get a stabbing pain above my left nipple. i have also felt like a dull ache feeling there and sometimes a pain in my elbow but it kind of feels like a nerve pain. doctor didnt notice anything weird during checkup?

That means there is nothing seriously wrong. sometimes we have symptoms like that and they go away and cant always be explained. If they persist go for another check. I think you will be fine
