If you also have urethral discharge, an STD might be likely. Non STD UTIs are rare at your age, but also might be possible. Keep working with your doctor; or even better, see a urologist.

There is probably nothing seriously wrong if the doc did not find anything. However- pl drink plenty of water- keep busy with activities of your choice. If symptoms still persist pl see a Urologist
