If some eats a lot of sugar the day and night before routine blood work, is it normal to have fasting blood sugar of 110? i think i ate around 200 grams. i did stop eating before midnight and the blood work was taken around 8am?

Yes, a fasting blood sugar of 110 is normal, regardless of how much sugar you eat the night before. Obviously, overdoing the amount of sugar intake is not a healthy approach. Good luck.
