If you are feeling it inside when you breathe, it could be wheezing. Do you feel it through your chest wall by putting your hand over the area? This could be due to wheezing or even secretions. Are you short of breath at all? You need to be seen by a doctor for diagnosis/treatment. You need to be seen urgently if short of breath. Good luck to you!

This is an unusual symptom. Feeling a vibration in the middle of your right lung could be a heart murmur. Recommend consultation in person with a primary care physician for diagnosis and treatment.
