CTS : Cts wrist brace, proper ergonomic, minimizing overuse, nsaids, pt, +/- a medial nerve injection may help. Carpal tunnel release surgery is more often than not successful in resolving the issue.

Carpal tunnel synd: I would try a carpal tunnel/cock up wrist splint at least at night. Tendon gliding excercises can help. If you are able to take an anti inflammatory for a few weeks i would consider that as well. If all else fails i would meet with a hand surgeon to discuss further options.
