I have avascular necrosis in my hips and got a very deep pain in one of them suddenly and it was followed by 10 minutes of body shaking tremors. is this from the pain or a pinched nerve? it did go away but has me concerned?

Shaking tremor is not a symptom of pinched nerve. Take care.

Most likely the intense pain triggered an excitatory response causing accentuation of the normal low-level physiological tremors that humans normally possess. Hard to conceive of avascular necrosis causing a "pinched nerve". See an orthopedic surgeon.
