Hi, my period is on delay of 69 days. I did few pregnancy tests today. A digital one said I was pregnant 1-2 weeks. While other two where they give as result + or -, said I was not pregnant. I had an ovarian cyst that has been removed when I was 14.
I missed my period,urine test was positive but on ultrasound no pregnancy seen,found ryt ovarian cyst.What could it mean.note it is n unwanted pregn?
