Period will be soon: Most people with tender nipples not more than two weeks before period start The longer they tender, chances of extremely heavy flow especially they been hurting off and on since dec 16! repeat pregnancy test if no period over 2 weeks and breast still tender The condition is not too dangerous so far In case very heavy bleed, drink fluids and eat salt so not get dizzy
