i haven't get my period this month and i have almost 2 weeks of delay. i did the pregnancy test like a week ago and it was negative.?

Delayed ovulation: This is common and can be caused by stress, weight changes and thyroid dysfunction. If it continues then see your obgyn for lab tests and an exam.

Other causes: Sometimes a period is late for other reasons--thyroid, pcos, or stress can all cause skipped cycles. Recheck a urine pregnancy test and follow up with your doctor for a more detailed evaluation.
