Would a emg/ncv still show issues if cubital tunnel symptoms are not currently present? my symptoms come and go and werent present when i had my test, which showed no issues?

I would think not, Can always repeat or before undergoing torture I would ask dr who knows you.

If you have intermittent symptoms involving the ulnar nerve, like bumping the "funny bone", and do not develop permanent nerve damage, an EMG study will be normal. Electrical studies, therefore, should be reassuring.
